4 Platform Services Description

OperixIA provides an enterprise infrastructure platform that facilitates project contributions, capital coordination, and operational support for network organizations. The Platform enables users to participate in structured contribution pools allocated to specific business projects.

IMPORTANT: Contributions made through the Platform are project contributions, NOT investments, securities, or financial instruments. OperixIA does not operate as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. No securities are offered or sold through this Platform.

The Platform serves as an operational and technological infrastructure provider. All contributions are allocated to specific projects under defined terms and are subject to the risks described in these Terms and any applicable project documentation.

5 Capital Contributions

By making a contribution through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All contributions carry inherent risk, including the potential loss of contributed capital.
• Past performance of any project or contribution pool does not guarantee future results.
• Returns, if any, depend on the actual performance of underlying business projects and operations.
• OperixIA makes no guarantees, representations, or promises regarding returns, profits, or income.
• Contribution terms, timelines, and conditions are specified in individual project documentation.
• You have conducted your own due diligence and consulted with professional advisors as appropriate.
• You are contributing capital that you can afford to lose without material impact on your financial well-being.

6 Wallets and Transactions

The Platform provides digital wallet functionality for managing contributions and distributions. Your wallet balance reflects your available funds within the Platform ecosystem. Wallet functionality is provided as a convenience feature and does not constitute a bank account, payment service, or stored value account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transaction details, including wallet addresses, amounts, and recipient information. OperixIA is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect transaction information provided by users.

7 Deposits via Cryptocurrency

The Platform accepts deposits in USDT (Tether) on the BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain) network. By making a cryptocurrency deposit, you acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
• You must only send USDT via the BEP20 network to the designated deposit address.
• Sending unsupported tokens or using incorrect networks may result in permanent loss of funds.
• Deposit processing times depend on blockchain network conditions and confirmation requirements.
• OperixIA is not responsible for losses caused by user error in cryptocurrency transactions.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are specified on the Platform.

8 Withdrawals and Fees

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the schedule and terms specified on the Platform. OperixIA may charge processing fees for withdrawals, which will be clearly disclosed before transaction confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on verification requirements and network conditions.

OperixIA reserves the right to implement withdrawal limits, require additional verification for large transactions, and delay processing when necessary for security, compliance, or operational reasons. Any applicable fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount.

9 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal purpose.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Platform systems.
• Interfering with or disrupting Platform operations or security.

• Circumventing any security measures, access controls, or usage limits.
• Making income claims, earnings representations, or guarantees on behalf of OperixIA.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to Platform services.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

• Any loss of contributed capital or expected returns.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transactions.
• Any third-party conduct or content on or related to the Services.
• Any interruption or cessation of Services.
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content or materials.

In no event shall OperixIA's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to OperixIA in fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
